Our ever changing menu is cooked and prepared here. All our cakes are made by Cakebox (owned by our youngest daughter, Beth) in Nailsworth.

Here at The Edge we use coffee from Extract Coffee Roasters, who are based in Bristol and our baristas are trained to a high standard.
